Las Vegas is no longer the place to just find a tiny chapel get hitched quickly under the radar – it is a full-on destination wedding adventure – with good reason.

On average, over 100,000 people get married here.

There is no required blood test or waiting period, and best of all, you don’t have to leave town for your honeymoon!

There’s nothing understated about Las Vegas wedding chapels on the Strip, and your wedding celebration in Sin City can be as extravagant as you like.

Or, if you prefer something more low-key, that can also be arranged.

When making a list of wedding chapels in Las Vegas, it is best to choose wisely. Ask yourself just what kind of wedding you’d like and what your budget is – that will make things simpler.

To aid in the process, here are the best chapels in Las Vegas, and why you should consider them.

Average Review in Google: 4.5/5

This little gem of a chapel was at the forefront of the Las Vegas quickie wedding movement back in the day.

Choose from five different venues within the property.

The Victorian Chapel holds 30 people, the spectacular Magnolia holds 20, and the fantastical Glass Gardens holds up to 88. Or arrange with them to tie the knot at such venues as the High Roller, Grand Canyon or Valley of Fire.

WeddingWire named it “Best Wedding Venue: Las Vegas.” Once you have your venue chosen, their expert wedding planners on staff will get cracking on all of the details, from photographers to flowers to limousines, not to mention live music.

Admit it.

You’ve at least thought about what an Elvis-led wedding would be like.

In fact, this chapel, which has been in business since 1947, changed its name to Graceland after the untimely demise of the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll in 1977.

To this day, the chapel pays homage to him by offering Elvis-inspired wedding packages, and Elvis impersonators presiding over your ceremony.

Located about five miles from the Strip near downtown, starry-eyed couples continue to flock here and it is one of the highest-rated chapels in Vegas.

Such celebrities as Jon Bon Jovi, Johnny Depp, Matthew Perry and Selma Hayek have tied the knot here.

Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel

1205 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Las Vegas, NV 89104

Average Review in Google: 4.7/5

As the largest wedding chapel on the Strip, this Spanish-inspired venue seats up to 140 people.

A romantic, mission-style adobe design to the chapel creates an intimate feel to your special day. The chapel completes the look with Spanish-tiled floors and a bell tower.

Choose from a traditional wedding or themed variations, including Elvis-Blue Hawaii, Fairy Tale, Intergalactic, Western, Gothic, Camelot, Disco, and James Bond, just to name a few.

And yes, this means you can dress up in costume accordingly! Whatever you choose, the chapel provides an atmosphere with a state-of-the-art sound system and fog capabilities.

For a truly traditional wedding in Las Vegas, look no further.

But if you want an Elvis themed wedding, even better! They offer 3 different Elvis-inspired packages to fit your needs and budget, which are admittedly some of the more understated ones, compared to Viva Las Vegas Chapel’s Elvis package.

This wedding chapel will also organize a gorgeous Valley of Fire, Red Rock or Grand Canyon wedding if that is what you opt for.

AND…it is one of the very few chapels where you can actually drive-thru and get married without even leaving your car. More time for the honeymoon that way!

Average Review in Google: 4.7/5

You’ve seen this very unflashy chapel in all of the Vegas Wedding books and websites – it is one of the most recognizable chapels out there – an exact replica of a church found in an Old West mining town.

Perhaps its unassuming exterior lends an intimate and romantic air, or perhaps because it’s been around for such a long time – since 1942! It is the oldest standing building on the Las Vegas Strip.
