As of June 1st, Nevada is back in business and looking forward to welcoming you to explore and enjoy the many different things the state has to offer. This means that restaurants, casinos, concerts, nightclubs, and all other venues are open and waiting for you and your friends to just show up in America’s fun capital. But what is there to do in June in Las Vegas? Well, a lot is going on and, in this article, we will try to touch on as much of it as we can.

Restaurant Week Is June 7 to 18

Talk about timing. Restaurant Week is hot on the heels of the reopening of Nevada. It is a great way for you to not only show your appreciation to the food industry that has been impacted by closures but will also feature different menus and cultural foods for you to explore. Participating restaurants, like the very well-known Emeril Lagasse’s Delmonico Steakhouse at the Venetian, have put together many offers for everyone ranging from special prices to specialty menus, fixed prices on three-course meals, and takeaway menus. If dining out at some of Nevada’s choice restaurants has been out of your budget, Restaurant Week gives you a break and exposure to places you may not have considered visiting in the past.

Tie The Knot On The Strip

Nevada is for lovers and Las Vegas is the place to make it official by getting married in one of the many different wedding chapels located on and off The Strip, such as the world famous Graceland Chapel. Depending on your style, you can have a drive-through wedding, one with a theme that will make your event more memorable, or seek a full church ceremony to accommodate a large family and wedding party. Whatever you need to say “I do” in that special way, you will find the perfect match in Vegas.

Take In A Show

They don’t call it an entertainment center for nothing. Vegas is the home of some of the most impressive performances you will find in the US. To give you an idea, Justin Bieber hit Vegas on June 4 to a packed concert arena. Many other big names are coming in and taking up residencies at the equally big-name venues around town including the Park Theatre and Colosseum.

Check Out A Fancy Hotel/Resort

There are about as many places to spend the night in Vegas as there are casinos. One such venue is Resorts World, which is set to officially open on June 24. This is no small feat, either. It represents the first hotel built from the ground up on The Strip in ten years and it has over 3,500 rooms and suites along with several of the extra amenities you would expect from such a large site. But if that sounds a bit too big for you, Vegas offers plenty of other venues to stay a few nights.

Enjoy A Sporting Event

The month of June is filled with various sporting events to get you out of your hotel room in Vegas. They include the Vegas Lights FC Professional Soccer games, the PBR Unleash The Beast bull riding on June 11 and 12, and the Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo on June 13. The Las Vegas Aviators have home games between June 10 and 22. If boxing is your thing, June 12 will feature Top Rank Boxing with Shakur Stevenson against Jeremiah Nakathila. Other Top Rank Boxing Events are scheduled for June 19 and 26. Although the Las Vegas Raiders don’t play until September, get your tickets early.

Hit the Casinos

Now that Nevada is wide open, so are the casinos in Vegas. And if you have never been there before, you are in for a treat. Casinos are virtually everywhere but the biggest and best are all located on The Strip. Many are attached to some of the best hotels in the city. You can book a stay and play all day and all night, have great meals, catch some shows and not have to leave the building your hotel room is in. Or you can just hit the casinos online by visiting online casino sites such as 888Casino for instance. There you will find a huge variety of games and attractive jackpots.

Check Out A Comedy Club

After a night on the town dining and gambling, there is no better way to wind down than to check out some of the best comedy Vegas has to offer. In addition to the big-name comedians that appear in the major venues, Vegas is also home to several comedy clubs. They include Brad Garrett’s Comedy Club at the MGM Grand, the Comedy Cellar at the Rio, and the Showroom (Plaza) or Aces of Comedy (Mirage).

Dance The Night Away

If you are a dedicated clubber, you won’t be disappointed in Vegas. All venues are open again as of June 1. Your choices are many and include XS, Tao, Omnia, and Hakkasan to name a few. Although some venues have been operating at reduced capacity, those are now gone and you can get the party started by getting together with the gang and renewing friendships that aren’t quite the same on Zoom or Skype.

In Conclusion

You will be happy to note that as of June 1, Las Vegas is coming back to life. What does this mean? Shows, hotels, restaurants are all reinventing themselves to create unique, fun and entertaining experiences for you. And although it will take quite some time for the rest of the world to return to anything close to normal, at least there is somewhere you can go to have some fun and feel like the past year was just part of the prep to get us to where we are now.
